Creating & Managing Reports

Reports are the core of our SEO analysis platform. Each report provides a comprehensive analysis of a single webpage.

Creating a New Report

  1. Navigate to Reports

    Click "Reports" in the left sidebar menu, then click "New report" or use the homepage analyzer.

  2. Enter the URL

    Enter the complete URL including https:// or http://. The URL must be publicly accessible.

  3. Wait for Analysis

    The system runs 78+ checks across multiple categories. This typically takes a few seconds.

  4. Review Results

    Once complete, you'll see your comprehensive SEO report with scores, issues, and recommendations.

Report Features

Re-analyze

Run the analysis again to check if your fixes improved the score. Available from the report edit page.

Share

Share reports with clients or team members via a unique URL. You can add password protection.

Print/PDF

Print reports or save as PDF for offline review or client presentations.

AI Analysis

Get AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your report results (if enabled).

Managing Your Reports

All your reports are saved automatically. From the Reports page you can:

  • Search - Find reports by URL
  • Filter - Filter by project, date, or score range
  • Sort - Sort by date, score, or URL
  • Delete - Remove reports you no longer need
  • Export - Export your report list as CSV

Report Settings

Each report can be customized:

Setting Description
Privacy Control who can view the report: private (only you), public (anyone with link), or password-protected.
Password Add a password to protect shared reports.
Project Assign the report to a project for better organization.

Understanding the Report View

The report page is organized into sections:

  1. Score Overview - Your overall score, letter grade, and comparison to industry average
  2. Category Breakdown - Scores for each category with progress bars
  3. Issues by Importance - High, medium, and low priority issues
  4. Detailed Results - Each check with pass/fail status and explanations
Tip: Click the info icon next to any check to learn more about what it means and how to fix issues.

Report Limits

The number of reports you can create depends on your plan. You can view your usage in the sidebar or check your plan details in Account Settings.
