You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by following the instructions included in such communications.
Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), which may be monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled by you or terminated by SEONOVA. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
You must provide a valid payment method to activate a Subscription. By submitting your payment information, you authorize SEONOVA to charge the applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.
SEONOVA may, at its discretion, offer a free trial subscription for a limited duration (“Free Trial”).
You may be asked to provide payment details to start the Free Trial. If you do so, you will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. After expiration, your Subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
All payments for the Service are processed by our authorized reseller, LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
This means that your purchase agreement is with LemonSqueezy, which is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, handling applicable taxes, and managing order-related requests.
Charges may appear on your bank statement under a LemonSqueezy-related descriptor. By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
SEONOVA reserves the right to modify Subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle.
We will provide reasonable advance notice of any changes so you may cancel your Subscription if you do not agree with the updated fees.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your Subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
Refund requests may be reviewed on an individual basis and, if approved, will be limited to the unused portion of an active subscription, calculated on a prorated basis.
Any approved refunds will be processed through LemonSqueezy using the original payment method, in accordance with their refund policies.

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, or share content such as text, images, data, or other materials (“Content”).
You remain solely responsible for all Content you submit through the Service, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws.
When creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All aspects of the Service, including software, design, branding, and original content (excluding user-generated Content), are the exclusive property of SEONOVA and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by SEONOVA.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services and encourage you to review their terms independently.
SEONOVA may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEONOVA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
SEONOVA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
