Best Practices for Client Reports

Do
  • Use password protection for client confidentiality
  • Include a summary of key findings
  • Prioritize issues by importance
  • Provide clear action items
  • Show comparison to previous reports
Don't
  • Share public links for sensitive reports
  • Overwhelm clients with too many details
  • Focus only on problems without solutions
  • Forget to explain what scores mean

White-Labeling

If you're using reports for clients, consider how the reports will appear:

  • Reports use clean, professional formatting
  • Print/PDF exports remove most navigation elements
  • Focus is on the data and recommendations
